- Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.Ā
- Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack's M66 Hophead Ale yeast.Ā
- Dry hop with 50g Citra and 100g Galaxy Ā on day 7Ā
- Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.Ā
