Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original artisanal packaging, ensuring all protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
